Professional Course of Interior Design
Course duration - 10 months (440 academic hours)
The present professional course of interior design is a result of collaborative work by our team of teachers at “Divina Harmonia”. The main objective of the course is to train future specialists, equipping them with all the skills and knowledge necessary to start a career in design. Our program of interior design suits people from various backgrounds. Architectural or artistic background/education is not necessary for those willing to take the course.
At first, you will be taught the basics of drawing and composition, introduced to history of styles and learn the secrets of working with color. You will proceed with studying applied disciplines necessary for an accomplished interior designer - furniture, lighting, decoration materials, items of décor (textile fabrics, plants), etc. Introduction to AutoCAD software that is also included into the curriculum will enable you to do part of your project documentation on the computer. You can also study 3ds Max, Corel Draw & Photoshop as optional courses.
Сourses for designers at “Divina Harmonia” are completed with an open presentation of a course project to a committee of examiners. If the project is approved, a student is given a certificate, confirming further/advanced education in the field of interior design. Course projects by the students of the Professional Course of Interior Design. Those willing to continue studying after the completion of the course can proceed with an upgrade course for interior designers "Design of Public Spaces. Café".
